In 2007, NAAAHA decided to bring Anglo-Arabians into the spotlight by implementing a Supreme Champion Anglo-Arabian Sport Horse award for the top five winning registered Anglo horses at Youth Nationals and Sport Horse Nationals respectively. A Championship trophy, plus ribbons and embroidered dress sheets are awarded to the winners, all of which are donated by our members.

At Sport Horse Nationals, points are awarded as follows: Working Hunter, Jumper, Second Level and above Dressage and Driving: Champion 30 points, Reserve Champion 20 points, Top Ten 10 points. All other classes will be Champion 15 points, Reserve Champion 10 points, Top Ten 5 points.

At Youth Nationals, all classes count equally: Champion 30 points, Reserve Champion 20 points, Top Ten 10 points.

We have recruited our members attending both shows to assist in coordinating the tabulation and awarding of prizes. A photo shoot and presentation follows the last class of the show.
